"The bathroom door was broken. There’s really not anything to do on this resort. It promotes pool and has none. Was not satisfied at all"

Definitely call and confirm your reservation because late checkins are not notified to you via text to confirm door codes, room number, etc. They currently have construction going on so the morning on a Saturday hearing sawzaws, and power tools… definitely annoying.
