"The property was nice but the beach is not that good. The beach is too far in from the chair and umbrellas. The restaurants la carte were really good food and great service. The pool area was beautiful. I think they should have more live entertainment. Overall I don't think I will come again"

"The resort was stunning and clean! Most of the staff were friendly, including Fernando, a very nice young man who helped us make the most of our stay. I visited with my mom and we noticed that we were ignored by wait staff while they were very attentive to other guests… which was strange. The buffet wasn’t great and it was a literal mission to make reservations at the restaurants on site. We had an assigned concierge who unfortunately didn’t get us reservations at the spots we requested despite telling us he would set us up with a whole dinner schedule of reservations. We ended up eating at the buffet more than we would’ve liked. I think the reservation system needs to be revamped for sure. "
