「My first time in Cairo was met with an exceptional hotel. Clean, modern upscale. Kind and helpful staff. Views of the (distant) pyramids. PHENOMINAL breakfast buffet -gotta sample the eggplant! Given the opportunity, I would happily stay again.

「Took a long time to get through the airport traffic for pickup, but once there and through the security, the reception area is large and spacious. The check in process is a little slow as they only have two agents working, but once again, they were very friendly and accommodating. The upgraded room with access to a lounge with drinks and small snacks was a wonderful welcome! Rooms are very clean, fresh, nice amenities. Did not get a change to use the pool or sauna, which would have been so...

「This hotel was exceptional. Everything was clean and new. The staff was very friendly and attentive but also gave us space to relax. The only downside is the pool closing at dark but it seemed to be that way through-out Cairo so maybe it's a law? 」
