"well stocked kitchen, all over clean, quiet neighborhood, close to shopping. Nothing fancy, but very homey, beautiful screened in porch but too cold when we were there to sit out there. would rent again. Landlord ver quick to answer questions. "

"Asa’s home was perfect for our family vacation of 4 (including our dog), but can accommodate many more - The view was so delightful (amazing) that it was difficult to leave each day to explore Newport and the surrounding area. Check-in was a breeze as Asa met us upon arrival to explain everything about the house. The house was lovely and comfortable. It was well-stocked with everything you would need for your stay. Getting to Newport was very easy as the house is close to the Jamestown Bridge. Narragansett is just a short drive away. We also enjoyed visiting the birthplace of Gilbert Stuart, the famous portrait artist. Much to do in the area but we really enjoyed just relaxing at this lovely home. We would not hesitate to recommend Asa’s getaway and we look forward to returning!"

"The house was perfect for our extended family vacation - myself, my 4 adult children & their spouses, and some of their children. All of us long time south RI shore visitors but first time in Bonnet Shores & we really enjoyed it. Great proximity to beaches, restaurants, fishing, shops, etc. The host, check in, house features & facilities were all very pleasant and met or exceeded our expectations.
