"The rooms are incredibly peaceful and relaxing, just what we needed after a lot of hiking earlier in the week. The dinner we had was delicious at the restaurant. The team also helped correct a billing issuer very fast and diligently. We enjoyed it so much that wish we had stayed longer!"

"The hotels is very peaceful. There is nothing like ending your night on the grass while looking at the Mt. Fuji sunset. We loved our stay. They even included kids skippers. The onsen has Mt Fuju views depending the day you go. The rooms are big, I recommended the water view."

"Such a beautiful and peaceful place to unwind. The views are amazing, calming and the cherry trees in bloom were the cherry on top of the cake. Walks by the lake with views of Mount Fuji were so peaceful The rooms are comfortable, the bedding of good quality and the toilets are so good. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the restaurants served nice good at all three venues. The onsen is the best feature.
