"The hotel is lovely. The room with the Mt.Fuji view was big with a couch & chair from which we could view the mountain to our heart’s content. The shower/bath was large and comfortable. The beds were firm. The room was clean. The staff was accommodating. Fuji-Q amusement park is next door, but there was no noticeable noise in the hotel. 7-11 is on property. There are multiple options available for food. Our only complaint is that the transportation options from the rail station were not...

" there are two brown color wood boards at corner of entrance, hotel name in Japanese has been written on the top board, there is no any word or hotel name on second wood I suggest : write hotel name in English on the second wood board because it is difficult to find hotel entrance. Plus language barrier, so it cause more difficulty to find hotel. Please write a English hotel name on the second wood board!!!"
