"Awesome hotel! The whole hotel is so beautiful, and all of the staff was so friendly and helpful. We loved that there were restaurants and the onsen and spa on site so we were able to relax without even leaving the property if we wanted. Everything was clean and well maintained and all of the restaurants were delicious! I would definitely recommend staying here if you get the chance."

"I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The staff spoke excellent English, and breakfast was amazing. But you have to be prepared to Uber everywhere because the roads aren’t exactly walkable. There are some good food options around - especially Box Burger."

"The location was excellent just a short walk to Moto-Hakone and nearby restaurants. The walk back uphill is definitely doable, but I’d recommend taking a taxi, especially after a long day out. The home itself is tucked away in the mountains, offering a peaceful and private setting.
It was beautifully designed and comfortably accommodated our family of six. The sauna and heated pool were a huge bonus and made the stay feel extra special. The host (Lily) was amazing! Our flight was delayed and she...
