「箱根碳酸溫泉, 奶白色起泡, 店內三個泉, 1個大池, 1個室內池, 1個室內加室外. 中等價錢. 每房間嘅人都有足夠時間 (1小時, 1時段), 每時段50分鐘, 夠鐘就會加水加熱. 可提早兩日BOOK 時段. 我去過兩次都係好多鬼佬去. 早餐已改進, 有兩款, 西式及日式. 5個接待員都是漂亮的女生, 簡單英語足夠溝通. 地方偏遠, 自駕遊係首選. 附近食肆, 推薦燒肉老店Myoujin, 開到22:00.」

「Excellent location, accessible to shops and restaurants. It’s got a lift for visitors with luggages to easily reach the hotel entrance from the lower ground. Hotel is well maintained and room is spacious. However, the outdoor onsen of the male side was closed on our day of visit. We asked if we could pay to use the private onsen, the front staff just said “no” and didn’t explain why. But other than that, our stay is wonderful. The kaiseki dinner and the breakfast buffet were both nice.」

「Ten of us checked in in the five rooms, sadly one of the rooms were not properly cleaned, we found some dirt on the carpet, but we did understand the incident should be caused by the previous guests, and the hotel was nice enough to change to a bigger room for us. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful, and the hotel was quite newly refurbished, just unlike other old-fashioned onsen hotel, the entertainment in this hotel was quite limited.
