「The staff was amazing! Super helpful!and kind. We had an ocean front view to watch sunrise from bed!!!!! It was absolutely beautiful. Our own little balcony to people watch.. location was clutch. The room was adorable and VERY clean. When we visit again this will 100 be our spot.」

「Parking is awful, they do have valet, but it's very crowded when it's time to check in. The hotel is convenient and you do get a good view from your hotel room of the beach, depending on where your room is located. It does have a pool, but the ice machine machines weren't working. The room was clean, the staff when you check in or not that helpful.」

「The location was ok. Too far away from things. Room was too small. One mirror and sink outside bathroom and electrical outlet by mirror did not work. Only one chair in room to eat.」

Then two hours later they called me and said “we have you the wrong key to the wrong house” when we walk back to the check in they tell us because of they’re mistake they took all of our stuff in the rooms and moved it to the other room, then they also found our car keys and moved our car. 「I imagine our stay was a fluke but upon checking in the AC units in the entire hotel stopped working. We were told they were going to work on fixing this but didn't have a repair time. We were also under the impression that the pool was heated which is not the case but this could have been a mistake on our part. But what caused the biggest concern was the entire hotel lost power for about 2-3 hours and no communication was provided by the hotel staff around this. They had the power company come...

「Walking distance to main beach area and the New Hampton State Beach was a block away. Food nearby. The owner was very helpful for all our needs. The place was clean and neat.」
