「Our recent stay was an absolute highlight of our trip. Arriving on an extremely early flight after a demanding work week, we were exhausted—but the front desk staff, especially Demi, greeted us with incredible warmth, patience, and genuine empathy. 「Very clean facility, excellent location, friendly staff. The only problem is finding the place. The listing on Expedia gives the address but it is the address of a complex. The hotel is on the 6th floor. If you face the front of the building (looking at Starbucks) the entrance is on the left side of the building. Look for the big lemon statue.」

「In general, staffs are lack of training, some of staffs are even rude to customers. Never experienced anything like this with anywhere with sofitel. I don't normally write any reviews. However my experience in this China trip with sofitel is really bad」

「The room was extremely old and dirty. The toilet didn’t work properly and it got clogged and the janitor was unable to unclog it. We had to change rooms and the hotel staffs were unhelpful, they told us to use another room down the hall as they had no other solutions for us. We asked for the manager but he didn’t give us a follow up report. It was extremely dirty and it was very isolated from everywhere」

「Very new, clean Hyatt at Hangzhou airport. Extremely convenient and room is nice.」
