“I gave this place two chances. On my first stay, they had lost my reservation, so I had to sleep on the couch in the common room (all other hotels were fully booked because of a festival). (Yes they refunded me that night but I didn’t want a refund, I wanted a bed…) I stayed here again at the end of my trip and they put me in a mixed dorm when I had booked a women’s dorm. “Was a OK hostel for the price, but you are able to get much nicer stays in Hanoi without paying much more. There was a lack of area to chill, and only a shared bathroom and shower for the whole hostel which was divided in men or women sections.”
