「All was good 」

「The property was beautiful with an abundance of pools, restaurants, and entertainment. The staff were incredible and very accommodating! Everyone was very helpful and kind to us and our 9 month old baby. There was a small drainage issue in our shower that caused some flooding. The hotel was very prompt in sending someone to address the issue and to change our room. The hotel expedia support staff went above and beyond the next day by offering spa services, which helped us relax further. Really...

「Staff was so accommodating and extremely welcoming. The resort was spotless. The pools were beautiful. The beach was raked every morning. The food was AMAZING, beyond even all-inclusive standards. Only money spent was on room service (only $15 surcharge), everything else was truly included. Ronaldo and Rojeaux at the sports bar were awesome bartenders. Will definitely be back to this resort! 」
