“This is one of the best stays in Japan we have experienced. We are a family of 4, with 2 young children aged 2 and 4. From the moment we drove into the carpark, to the check in service, late night request for a diaper bin, until the very last moment we left, Sorano gave us a warm welcoming and relaxing feeling with excellent service. “We really enjoyed our stay. Just right for the two of us. Everything was as we expected. Plenty of facilities nearby. Nice walks along the river, and it was very near our son and family. it was just unfortuate we had to leave early,due to the coronavirus crisis, as we managed to get an earlier flight home. “We loved everything about our trip from booking to check out! Booking was super easy and the owners were so helpful! They answered 100 questions for us and went above and beyond to make sure that our trip was amazing! “The building is old. The unit bath was very narrow and the toilet was old and dirty. There was no outlet in the bathroom so we couldn't use a hair dryer etc. The steps to the loft bed were too steep and when we sat down our heads almost hit the ceiling. The lights in the room were dim.The room we stayed in didn't have a dining table, just a small desk and a chair, so one of us had to sit on the bed to eat. There were some inconsistencies between the photos of the room and the description of the……
