“The beach view was great! We really enjoyed the history of this cottage! Our teen boys also enjoyed learning of the history of the beaches they once called home. The parking was a little confusing but we expected that. Thank you Bob for allowing us to have an early check in we thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it! Highly recommend and we will use this in the future!”

“The hotel staff are always excellent! Anything you need just ask and they will deliver. First time we stayed in a Bay view unit! 3 bed 2 1/2 bath. I felt the unit needed a little updating! Not happy with the master bedroom’s small bathroom with a tub either…. and air conditioning unit also in closet of master bedroom gets very loud when it goes on.”

“I saw Dolphins everyday! This is literally a one bedroom apartment. This particular unit is better if you want privacy vs view but still enjoyed our view very much! Every beach was within 20 min and if you like fishing this is the spot. Pool was very clean and enjoyable with the boats going in and out of the marina/ dock. Hot tub was nice and hot. No front desk to deal with is great too for me. We will come back!!”

“Property was beautiful! If we return to this area we will definitely stay in this unit again. Full balcony faces the beach, we got to watch porpoises from the balcony in the evening if we weren't on the beach. So big and had everything we needed. Kitchen was stocked really well with utensils, better than most rentals. Beach gear is in the closet! We didn't find it until our last day, but there's no need to bring a wagon, chairs, etc, it's all there for use. ”

“This is a MUST stay for families of smaller children!!! It's right on the popular strip but at the north end, so a perfect combination of easy access to restaurants and shopping, but not too busy or loud. It's right on the water, so a short walk from the condo to the beach - which is perfect for parents hauling ALL the beach toys, etc. Loved that I didn't have to bring beach towels or chairs (that take up so much space in the luggage) because those were provided by the condo.
