「Room was comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly. A little drama went on in the parking lot but was quickly handled. Even though it says East, hotel is actually on the West end of Louisville.」

「Booked on-line. Arrived 30 min later @ 10pm. Had to check to see if there was actually a clean room. Not sure why they offer rooms if they don’t have any. Thankfully the room was available and clean. Took 30 minutes to track down their only luggage cart, so we could get our luggage to our room. Said their breakfast shipment had not arrived. Only coffee in the morning. Wish my room had zero carpet. Part carpet part vinyl flooring. Unfinished kitchen- had only a dish towel. You can rent a package...
