「Probably the best place to stay in when in Edinburgh , will definetely come back and stay here again! Very clean and well located space. Quiet and well equiped, nothing to envy from hotels that charge way more and offer way less.」

「This is a lovely hotel, well situated and very clean and well maintained. I was expecting a cosy room and was not disappointed. The room I had had a flight of stairs from the entrance door to the bedroom which were a bit steep and could be a struggle for some, so if that was a problem I’d ask about it when booking. The automated check in was very smooth. Parking is relatively easy in the street at weekends but more limited at other times.」

「This is a hidden gem. Yes, it is a shared bathroom, and as an American that was strange to me, but it was a private one and well maintained, with toiletries provided. My bedroom had a sink which was also useful. It's <10 minutes walking to the train station which is also nice. The staff were friendly and accommodating when I needed to leave my luggage with them after checkout」

「Great alternative to corporate hotels . Stayed night before Edinburgh marathon to watch son run . Close enough to get there . Hadn’t realised about communal kitchen and making drinks and bringing tea and milk , but slept well and drove locally to eat out」
