「Good value hotel」

「This was my 2nd stay at this property and it did not disappoint. Only problem was having to wait for the front desk person to come back for me to check-in. But in this day and age of short staffing, it's not unusual.」

「Reasonable price and convenient for an overnight stay. Short drive to the very cute Fruita downtown. City Market over the bridge. Close to Colorado National Monument.」

With a fully equipped kitchen, outside bbq, comfortable living room and nice bedrooms, you can't go wrong staying at Moon Farm. Suzzanne and Jay D are the greatest in making sure you have everything you need. I would give this 10 stars if we could.」

The downtown Fruita location is excellent for walking around town, to local restaurants, and to the grocery store, yet it’s quiet and comfortable. The house is stocked and decorated with care, truly a place to feel at home. We also appreciate its relaxing patio and backyard as well as the secure bike storage. We will return.」

「This is the PERFECT place for rest, relaxation, and renewal of your spirit!! One member of our family is wheelchair dependent, and the sidewalk completely surrounding the home was excellent for him to enjoy the outdoors. It was so very quiet that you could hear the sound of bicycles traveling along the road! Our hosts were some of the most caring individuals we have ever met, and we were genuinely Blessed to make their acquaintance.」
