"Thr hotel is located about 40 minutes drive away from Shanghai Pudong airport. We were only staying one night so this was OK and can’t comment on ease of access to Shanghai via public transport. The check-in process was easy. The reception person was very friendly and helpful. The room was OK although the power supply tripped when we had the kettle and the lamp stand on at the same time. "When I arrived at the hotel by a taxi, I had trouble with paying the driver as I only had a credit card which was not an acceptable method. One of the hotel staff helped me with the payment! I really appreciated it. Many of the staff members didn’t speak English, but they were so courteous and very helpful. The hotel was gorgeous. The hotel room was spacious. I liked it very much."

"Good for business in the local area only. No attractions or shopping and dining within walking distance. The map position was totally wrong and the street name was spelled wrong. Had to walk around in the rain trying to find the hotel in a private estate. Then I had to take a 20 minute taxi ride and still had trouble finding the hotel.
