「The resort is very clean and well situated. The pool is somewhat small for the amount of guests and very cloudy. The biggest issue is the scheme about the cost of beach chairs/umbrella. While two chairs are advertised as “complimentary” - an umbrella is NOT. No one could sit out in the hot Florida sun without an umbrella and the resort won’t allow you to use your own, so you’re forced to pay $45 per day for an umbrella. 「Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was unbelievably fresh and delicious. There was even an omelette station. Parking was a bit tricky and there is some construction; but, I would 100% stay there again」

「First - surely in this day of technology and AI someone could figure out how to manage multiple rooms that are booked and place them next to each other when booked/arriving! We were a family of 8 traveling with children and booked 3 rooms. Even though I emailed several times we arrived to find the rooms on different floors and on opposite sides of the property! 「Great location right on the beach, with umbrella and chair rentals available. Staff was kind and helpful. My room had a slight smoke odor, which was strange as I booked a non smoking room. Additionally, you can hear other guests in other rooms very easily, more so than in other hotels. However, I spent the majority of my time on the beach so I didn't mind much. I love the Sirata's location - have stayed many times and will stay again.」

「They really did not have a breakfast. Hard boiled eggs, cold cereal, And waffles really dont do it for me. If you are going to say you serve breakfast you got to do better than that. What you have is self-serve for an adolescent.」
