“The house was as expected and the host was great. We requested early check-in and a late check-out, which the host graciously agreed to. The house was clean and tidy, the pool was refreshing. We would defiantly rent this property again for future travel to Sarasota. ”

“My husband and I were visiting Florida for a wedding and needed a one night stay in Sarasota. This was the perfect place! The host was great with communication, responded in a very timely manner, and answered all our questions. Our stay was very relaxing. We enjoyed the beautiful view from our balcony, the food and music as well! It was also nice watching the planes fly over going to the airport. The bed was very cozy and comfortable, everything in excellent shape, and spotless!!! The pictures……

“The home is very clean. Grocery stores are within a mile. Airport is a very short drive very easy to get to. Close to some very good restaurants also, Cody’s roadhouse/ Kate’s breakfast cafe both very good. Only thing I would recommend is for owner to upgrade beds mattresses are very dated and uncomfortable.”

“The house was amazing! It had everything we needed, even a big pot to boil crab legs!! Close to every store imagine and also to all kinds of beaches. The house had all beach supplies needed for adults and children, but the chairs are a little worn out. Plenty of towels, household items, and linens. There was 8 of us where our two little ones slept on the couches. The pool is so nice. Didnt go to the lake, but enjoyed the veiw.”

“The house is nice and the pool is amazing! The host is very thoughtful and has some common items you would need for your stay. The furniture is okay, not the most comfortable, but it wasn’t really an issue. The multiple bathrooms was a huge plus when you have different families staying together. The location is in a residential area and has access to lots of stores. Overall, a good stay! ”
