「This hotel is great! friendly and helpful staff, clean and large room (the quality is particularly amazing given the low price), and it is walkable to the Ringling mueseum. The only thing I am not that satisfied is the strong smell of disinfectant in the room. Will definitely consider this place once I visit Sarasota again.」

「 The room was clean. The Room was on the ground floor. When I arrived at the property, it was quite and the parking was empty. By 2:30am the lot was full and the it was loud. The guests in the room next to me that arrived at 2:30 am were extremely lound and were slamming doors. Upon checkn out the frontbdesk said i had requested a late check out. Which i had not. I had am early moring event that I had to attended. I do not know where or who would have said I needed a late check out. Breakfast...

「Room and property are not as advertised. Price certainly reflects stay. However, cleanliness is a nonnegotiable. I am including photos. Should have left but did not want to lose my money. On a positive note air conditioner worked like a champ. Water was warm, and no bedbugs. 」
