“The room itself was nice and had a great see view. The hotel is advertised as two connected properties with spa amenities but in reality they are pretty disjointed and quite a bit of walk from each other. The spa reservation system is not great because there is no online way to reserve a massage and one needs to go to a remote reception spot to reserve it between 10 am and 7 pm (which is prime time NOT to be at the hotel). So we ended up skipping it because of that and also the prices were……

Walk most places and local bus’s were plentiful as were tour bus’s at bottom of hill. Staff was fantastic and There is a mall just around the corner with a Pingo grocery store and clothing shops/fast food.. Last and certainly not least staff was excellent and attentive. Francisco at the front desk was a stand out, he went above and beyond and made our stay that much……

“The staff (housekeeping, reception, hospitality, even maintenance) were top notch; people who appear to have found their niche in providing a welcoming, comfortable environment. The location and amenities were also great. Being built on the side of a cliff, the view from every room we visited was difficult to beat. The drawbacks of this hotel are (1) limited free parking (2) a location that’s a bit further from downtown amenities than some other options; requiring a car or using the convenient……
