「Clean room」

「The hotel was very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of food. The rooms were decent. The only complaint is the shower drain in our bathroom was not cleared of hair. You wouldn’t see it initially because it is under a filter type screen. However, the shower started filling up and it was only when we pulled up the screen that we were able to see the drain was blocked with hair. Other than that it was a great stay.」

「There were definitely some spots that looked really cool. I just think they could maybe go with the boutique flair a little bit more so that we could get the feel of such a grand old hotel better. the front desk person while very pleasant was not helpful at all as far as telling us where the elevator even was at, what time they had breakfast or about the restaurant. She really didn’t give us any information so we were a little disappointed in that.」

「Pro's: Covered, secure parking - albeit expensive. Very comfy beds - pillowtop. Bar in the lobby is great and bar food was excellent. Location great for main street and the street car. Cons: pretty filthy. Rooms are not clean, so if you are a clean freak, this may not be the hotel for you. Beds were clean "looking," but bathrooms, walls, closets, doors, handles, etc. filthy. Cleaning staff need a supervisor and quality control. Our co2 alarm was ripped out of the wall, just sitting on a...

「No Vacancy Studios are a cool Loft vibe stay. They have a nice common room for guests to chill and hangout and an outdoor deck if the weather is right. The location is central and very walkable. Just a block or 2 from the street car. The only negative is there is a cocktail lounge on the front corner of the building below the Studios so you can hear the music on weekends. I would suggest getting Studio 8 if you can!」

「It was a very fun place to stay! You walk past a vibrant bar on the way to check in. Our room wasn't ready. But, we were able to leave our bags since we had somewhere to be. Our bags were in our room when we returned, The room was spacious, updated and clean. There was a stocked mini fridge. But, left room for our own drinks/food if we wanted to add our own items. There were many restaurants & bars nearby. There is a rooftop cinema about a block away. No driving or ride sharing needed for that....

「Room was clean, and staff were friendly and helpful in whatever we needed to include directions to our event. Having no complimentary breakfast was the only knock on the place but the bistro was pretty good although a bit pricey」
