“Host was extremely accommodating ! She’s very open to working with you and your situation. She is super nice and welcoming , was quick to respond to any of my questions , and was very helpful. The property was just as shown online. Pulling into the driveway off the road is tricky since there is a drop from the road to the driveway (do not recommend driving a lowered car) , but host communicated the best way to drive in. “I had a wonderful stay at the stone cottage in Knoxville!!! It was well stocked, host added a lot of extras, the house was very clean, and host communication was great!! It was a little oasis in the middle of the city and my stay was relaxing. Great fenced yard for the pups too!!! Thank you!!! ”

“The cottage was clean, the listing is accurate and the location is about 20 minutes from downtown Knoxville. It is conveniently located to grocery, restaurants and gas stations. We were visiting for a UTK game weekend so did not spend a lot of time at the property but if you need those amenities they are close by. One negative is that other than 4 coffee mugs there is no other drink wear so if you plan to utilize the kitchen plan accordingly. Other than that it suited our needs.”
