“Really nice place to stay in SoKno! You’re literally right down the road from Baker & the Urban Wilderness Trails. It was great to walk on down before breakfast or after dinner. Excellent biking trails. Home was really comfy! Beds were great (one king, one queen on main level). Sheets, towels, blankets were all top notch. Kitchen had everything you’d need and more (mix-master!), coffee options (Keurig & coffee pot). Yard is huge, and the Adirondack chairs around the bonfire were nice. ……

“We absolutely loved our stay! From the moment we arrived, we could tell how much care has gone into this home. It was incredibly clean, beautifully updated, and extremely comfortable—honestly, one of the nicest VRBOs we’ve stayed in. The Keurig was such a thoughtful touch and was definitely appreciated during our stay!Check-in and check-out couldn’t have been easier, and the communication with the host was phenomenal. Everything was seamless, and we always felt like we had everything we……

“We loved our stay! The house was located in a private and quiet area. Perfect proximity to UT campus and restaurants. The home was clean and had everything we needed. Loved the outdoor spaces. My son’s favorite was the combo ping pong/ pool table. Host was very good with communication. Great pet friendly home, our dog loved it here.”

“Such a nice little hidden gem! It was clean, and despite being tiny it felt very spacious for two people and a service pup. I was originally worried when I saw the listing said no pets, since I do have a service dog who accompanies me, but the host was very accommodating and helpful! It isn’t far from a main road, but it’s separated by a beautiful creek and bridge, it quiets down at night and the hot tub is perfect! We definitely are planning on coming back sometime!”

“We weren’t able to use the pool, but my kids enjoyed playing outside and running down the hill. The kitchen had all the utensils you would need to prepare a meal including baking pans for breakfast. The fridge had plenty of room for our cold items. The beds were comfortable and the linens were clean and soft. There were lots of big towels but we ended up having to wash for more small towels. We had a five day stay so that wasn’t an issue and the laundry pods and fabric softener sheets were……

“This cottage is very well maintained and is absolutely beautiful inside. It was exceptionally clean and was stocked with everything I needed for a 10 night stay. If you are looking for peace and tranquility, then this is the place for you.The cottage is set in a wooded area and is nicely secluded. It was very quiet throughout my entire stay. Just the sound of birds. The property owner was easy to deal with and I would definitely recommend staying here.”

“Susanne’s home was beautiful! In a peaceful, serene setting but still close to anything you could possibly need. Susanne was super responsive and extraordinarily helpful as we had many questions about the area. The space is open and inviting and while there were only 2 of us there is easily room for a family of 4-6 to be there together and still have plenty of space. The kitchen was well appointed with anything we needed to make a meal. Comfy beds and sparkling clean.”

“Enjoyed our overnight stay in this tiny house. Modern updates made it cozy and appealing. We had all we needed for our stay. Location was easy to find and host provided easy instructions on the check in process.”

“This area is very quiet. We enjoyed our stay”

“Perfect get away, close to attractions and then back to quiet and relaxation.”

“This was a great place to stay if you need access to Knoxville and also want to play some at Sevierville or Pigeon Forge. Even a day hike at the Smokies. Only thing that would be a suggestion is another option for comfortable seating besides the couch. We had a great stay for our son’s PhD graduation ceremony! ”

“Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. We were in town for our niece’s graduation and this was the perfect place to stay. The cabin is immaculate and incredibly peaceful. We especially loved the turkey visit this morning! I highly recommend.”

“The property is absolutely amazing. So peaceful! We sat on the little patio and listened to nature both evenings. Even got to hear the donkeys nicker a couple times. We met the sweet gentleman that lives there and talked for few minutes. Was sure to let us know to call if we needed anything. BUT, this is the only time we saw anyone during our stay. Very private. We had everything we needed. Very roomy home. Close and easy 15 minute to where we were going in Knoxville. Would absolutely……

“Very friendly hosts. Everything was clean. They even gave us a short run down / tour on how everything worked upon arrival. ”
