“This house was fantastic! Our family of 6, 2 adults and 4 teenagers had more than enough room. It’s not easy finding properties that can comfortably accommodate all of us at a reasonable price, this one was perfect. Tons of space and amazing wraparound deck/porch to add to the overall living space. Everything was very clean. The location is good too, short drive to every thing you can imagine. It was comforting knowing that the property caretaker lives down stairs, but we never heard or saw them……

“Place is dirty and worn out. Pool area was filled with the house’s cat feces and urine that smelled awful. Had to pick up cat dropping just to walk out to pool. Photos are not accurate regarding furniture or condition. Dirty broken screens and windows that have not been clean in a very long time. Kitchen appliances broken and oven that has bug filled display panel. Cook top exhaust fan covered in grease. Dirty draws cluttered with old food crusted utensils and dirty pans. Had to wash……

“We had a fantastic stay! The place was exceptionally clean, spotless, fresh, and very well maintained. Communication was excellent from start to finish friendly, prompt, and clear, which made everything so easy and stress-free. The accommodation had everything we needed, right down to dishwasher detergent, shampoo, and conditioner, which made our overnight stay so convenient and comfortable. It was clear that a lot of thought had gone into making guests feel welcome. Highly recommend staying……

“The home was as advertised— convenient, spacious, and well-appointed. Plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy some downtime. The neighborhood was peaceful and we enjoyed having access to the sports and raquet club. We played pickleball a few times and joined the morning tennis clinic. Our kids enjoyed working out at the gym. We rented a golf cart (highly recommend) and used it to go to the neighboring hotels for dinner as well as the beach club. We appreciated having all the beach……
