「Located in the center of Hilo 5-15 minutes away from everything, 45 minutes from Kilauea lookout. The building is older and the lower floors are private businesses but you basically only go to the elevator and the coffee shop. The unit was nice, recently renovated everything kitchen to bathroom. The downfall was the A/C in one of the rooms just broke down and a part needed to be ordered but other than that unit was clean, nice, and enjoyable. 「Centralized location along Ali'i Drive in Kona with great air conditioning! A must for those hot, muggy days. Host met us in-person as our original room had something broken so she switched us to another room. 」

「We loved the view from the lanai! We had breakfast every morning there. Beautiful sunsets! The apartment is dated but it has all the essentials for a perfect stay. Well equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washer and dryer. No issues for finding a parking space below the building. Good location, close to Kona center and close to other attractions like snorkeling, manata rays, etc. 」

「This is my second time staying at this location. The condo was perfect for my week stay. Clean, had everything I needed in the kitchen and for the week (beach chairs, pool floats, yoga mat…) Air conditioning in the unit was appreciated, and bedroom and patio fans were wonderful to stay cool in the evenings. Easy arrival process, received all codes for gates and doors before arrival. And a lovely surprise of island chocolates on the counter :). Main bed very comfortable. Did not use the pull out...
