“Kitchen had all the tools and the grill had propane. All the literature was easy to understand and posted in plain view. The rooms were clean, bathrooms were clean - it was a beautiful home away from home. Parking was easy and the staff were so friendly.”

“Very beautiful resort. The house we booked is really big and close to the private beach and The Shops (Shopping Plaza). However, the private beach is not very large and because of there are not many restaurants at The Shops, we need to wait for a long time for dinner on Sunday. Overall, this resort is great and the staff also very polite and helpful.”

“Located in the center of Hilo 5-15 minutes away from everything, 45 minutes from Kilauea lookout. The building is older and the lower floors are private businesses but you basically only go to the elevator and the coffee shop. The unit was nice, recently renovated everything kitchen to bathroom. The downfall was the A/C in one of the rooms just broke down and a part needed to be ordered but other than that unit was clean, nice, and enjoyable. Useful kitchen appliances if you were thinking of……
