“We love this hotel and recognize the care and effort that went into caring for the property as well as maintaining a nice clean atmosphere. Attention given for providing extra items for rental or personal use was a nice touch. The shuttle that travels back-and-forth between the bus station was also helpful. We had some minor issues with the facilities. The lounge does not open till 4 PM and when the weather is inclement or rainy, it would be nice to have that location available. They also have……

“住這酒店之前也做了一點資料蒐集，因為酒店價值相對便宜，本身對酒店食物不太期待，打算試吃一點再出去其他餐廳用膳，但估不到食物質素比想像中高，有驚喜。 酒店地下就是一間非常大的手信店，大到連非住客也會過來購物，十分熱鬧，草津本身就是一個極熱鬧的溫泉區，所以氣氛十分好。我也很喜歡。 公共浴場在別館，公共浴場很大，也有露天浴場，酒店也可以租借浴衣外出，很值得穿浴衣到溫泉街打咭。 整體很滿意，價格是一賣點，而且酒店就在溫泉街最中央位置，景觀一流，如有機會可再考慮入住。 酒店名叫‘一井'，但在expedia看會顯示為‘市井’，可能有什麼錯誤。。。”

“The hotel facilities and rooms are very old. There was a very strong smell of smoke in the room. We had to keep the window open all night even though it was very cold outside (–10°C). There were obvious stains on the tatami mat floor in the room. The staff member who helped us check in was a bit annoying and impolite. I wouldn’t recommend this place for families or group stays.”

“The description did not match what was provided. It says it has 2 bathroom but they where only half bathrooms. One had a toilet. The other one just had a sink and a hot tub. Access was also very difficult. Steps were uneven and unstable. Rented for 2 nights but only stayed one night Do not recommend”
