Close to the restaurants in Hirafu. Staff was friendly and helpful. We booked the premium room stated that bathtub was included but the hotel didn’t have such a room, therefore after clarifying with their management, they decided to upgrade the room free of charge. This is exactly what customers look for in terms of ‘service’. Prompt and decisive customer help.

這次入住兩房公寓，感覺非常好。空間寬敞，距離二世谷各種活動社設施都在步行距離，服務人員會在入住前聯絡入住資訊及提供預約活動的服務 不過房間沒空調是個小缺點，雖然二世谷很涼爽，有空調會更舒適

A good choice of accommodation in Niseko
It is an apartment instead of a hotel. No services is provided and no staff stations in the front desk on regular basis. The staff can be reached via telephone hotline and she is helpful. The room is clean and comfortable overall. Convenient store and restaurants are in few minutes walking distance. Free parking is provided.

Summer staying in Ski hotel
I visited it in Summer time to join zip lines and horse riding. The hotel locates near Niseko if you're driving a car. It was about 10mins driving. There is a convenient store and some restaurants around but please don't expect for a shopping center in the region. The hotel locates near a lot of small houses so I found it difficult to look for it even with our driving GPS. It was a peaceful and quite neighborhood though. The room is very self contained. It provides all family facilities, such as washing machine, cooking electrical stove, a rice cooker, microwave oven, discs washing machine and TV. However, it is missing air conditioner. Instead, they provide a small cool wind fan. It will need to fill up water to blow some cool wind. However, it is far from an air conditioner. Eventually, we open the windows at night to enjoy natural wind. Overall, I love the room. It was stylish and comfort. The balcony was big and I can watch star at night. I did enjoy the stay here.

Stay at Akazora
A bit far from ski resort but could get aid for free riding when schedule met, though it said no riding service available when I asked by email before trip. All staff were amazingly nice and friendly. One thing to be desired was there’s no bath tub.

Great place to stay. Need first stop on Grand hirafu bus line. Rooms are big. Have a washer dryer combo in the room. Have a nice little kitchen area. Staff was great. They were super helpful and kind. Will definitely stay again when I return.

Akazora aparment is excellent in every way. Location is walking distance to every highlight spots (AYA ski lift, Seico Mart, several restaurants in the same areas). Room is large and very clean, well equipped with kitchen and utilities. We are lucky to have the room with bathtub. Our room is at ground floor and we can see Mountain Yotei from our window, eventhough it was city view. Overall, our family (two adults and one little kid) is happy very much with ski trip and staying at Akazora.

連泊時、ゴミだけは回収してほしいです
3泊しました。キッチンがあって　コロナ禍で安心して食事できました。ただ滞在中　清掃が無いのは理解できますが　ゴミの回収をしてもらえないのは困りました。3泊ともなると　生ゴミが増えるので臭いが気になります。かと言って　ベランダに出すとカラスが来るので　室内に置くしかなく。 それ以外は　とても快適で　また宿泊したいと思います。

地図で見るよりもコンビニや飲食店、ウィンターグッズ販売店までが近くて便利でした。 疲れた体を浴槽で癒したかったので浴槽がなかったのは残念でしたが、壁面に座れる作りになっていました。 洗濯機や洗剤、たくさん干せる物干しなどがとても助かりました。着替えが最小限でも次の日には乾いているので荷物が少なくてすみます！おすすめです！！

Great location, service; cheap furnishings
Great location. Easy/fast access to lifts by shuttle bus. Building and facilities are new and in good condition. Staff are very helpful and attentive. Furnishings, unfortunately, are not quite up to the standard of the building: a bit cheap and spartan for the price. I expected better. The beds have a cushion on top of the mattress that slides around as you sleep. Not comfortable. Also, the “double beds” are, in fact, singles pushed together. This was also disappointing for the price. Overall, we did enjoy our stay and appreciated the service, but with so many accommodation options nearby, we would look for a place with a better standard of furnishings and bedding.

滞在中、ホテルの隣で工事が行われることになったのですが、予めその旨お知らせいただき、騒音などに関する質問にも丁寧にお答えいただきました。当日は、工事と逆側の部屋だったこともあり、騒音はほとんど気になりませんでした。設備はどれも清潔で、使用方法も日本語と英語で明記されており、快適に使用できました。スタッフの方とお会いしたのはチェックイン時だけでしたが、とても感じのよい対応でした。

６泊しましたが、快適に利用できました。 ２ベッドルームに二人だったので、一部屋ずつゆっくり滞在できました。トイレもシャワー室も２つあってとてもよかったです。スタッフも親切でした。 ・暑かったので、地下の駐車場にレンタカーをとめさせてもらえて良かったのですが、隣の車の止め方の関係で駐車スペースが狭くなって、止めるのに苦労しました。 駐車場所に配慮がほしかったです。 ・例年にない暑さで、リビングしかエアコンがなかったのですが、スタッフがすぐに扇風機をもってきてくれました。 ・乾燥機がないので、洗濯物をベランダに干したのですが、風で倒れてしまいちょっと困りました。 ・テレビが上手くつかず困りました。日本人用にも簡単なマニュワルが欲しかったです。 ・暑かったせいか？蛾や蚊？やハエが少し部屋に入って来ていたので、防虫剤などの準備が欲しかったです。 　昼間は主にドライブをしていたので、途中の野菜直売所で野菜を購入して、すぐゆでて食べたりしましたが、それがとても新鮮でおいしかったです。台所の設備も十分でした。 又、機会があれば秋にでも利用したいと思いました。

快適でした。
2泊3日、2歳の息子と妻と、夏の旅行で快適に過ごせました。部屋は清潔で、広さは十分です。キッチンも機能面で問題なく、しっかりと料理ができました。周辺のレストランなどはあまり開いていませんでしたが、きっと冬には賑わうのでしょう。息子が大きくなったらスキーなどで遊びに来たいです。

避暑にも使えるニセコのコンド
暑い東京を離れて避暑目的で4泊しました。 海外の方がオーナーのコンドミニアム。広さは1ベッドルームで食器や調理器具含めてフルセットが完備されており、２名で利用するには何の問題もなく快適に過ごせました。 部屋やリネン類も清潔で。バスタブはありませんが、海外仕様のシャワールームは水圧も高くて気持ち良かったです。 地下駐車場からエレベーターで部屋に上がれるので、荷物の運搬もとても楽です。 地下にはスキーロッカーがあり、スキーにも便利でしょう。 お盆シーズンでしたが、とても涼しくエアコンを使うこともありませんでした。 周辺には、レストラン、スーパー、コンビニなど揃っているので、レンタカーがあれば不自由はありません。とてもステキなコンドなので、おススメできます。

快適なコンドミニアム
ＧＷ一人でのスキー旅行。フルキッチンが利用したかったのでスタジオでなくワンベッドルームを選びました。食材は近くのコンビニで全て調達、調理道具は一通り揃っており使い易かった。リビング、ベッドルーム、バスルーム、どれも充分な広さ。インテリアも華美でなくセンス良くまとまっており自炊を楽しみながらのんびり快適に過ごす事が出来ました。ニセコに行く時は、また利用したいと思います。

快適に過ごせました
ＧＷに３泊したのですが、結構な荷物があり部屋に運ぶときに台車があると便利だと思いました。駐車場は玄関前と地下にあり便利です。コンビニは徒歩５分のとことにあります。自炊したのですが食器類（小皿・コップ）の数がもう少しあればよいかと思います。キッチンペーパー、ラップ、輪ゴムなどもあると助かります。電子レンジはありますが、オーブンがなかったのが残念です。洗濯機が部屋にあるのは長期滞在には便利だと思います。窓がおおきいはよいのですが、泊まった部屋はまわりの建物から丸見えのため、レースのカーテンなどがあるとプライバシーの面で安心かと･･フロントの対応は非常によかったです。営業（受付時間）は短いですが。

As Good As It Gets!
This was my second visit to Akazora. On my own this time, 12 nights. I had a street front studio that met all my needs, comfortable bed, functional kitchenette, wall mounted flat screen TV that swivelled to all parts of the room, cable has an adequate range of English language channels. Akazora has particularly nice bathrooms and a small laundry off that room in its own alcove. I ate in a lot and the kitchenette worked out well. Akazora is extremely convenient to the town of Hirafura with it's restaurants and bars, there's a shuttle stop right at the door and shuttles run about every 20 minutes to either Hirafura or Hanazono mountain base. There's also an undercover carpark if you have a car and the ski lockup is next door to the carpark. The staff are all lovely people, Nikki on reception was really friendly and helpful and gave a lift to the bus station on the last day. I really enjoyed my stay. Had a great stay, lack of front desk staff, but out of winter season which is to be expected. Lovely clean rooms, great shower! Thank you.

暮らすように旅行するには最適
チェックイン時スタッフの女性が明るくハキハキしていて感じが良い方でした。 室内は清潔でキッチンやランドリー用品も取り揃えられていて、不便はありません。但し、包丁はあまり切れません。 室内に浴室は無くシャワールームだけなので温泉用のタオルと、滞在中に使用する歯ブラシ等のアメニティは忘れずに持って行ってくださいね。 周辺のコンビニエンスストアの品揃えは豊富ですが、自炊するなら食材などは事前に購入して行った方がいいです。 ダイニングテーブルの上に照明が無いので食事の時少し暗いのと、道路に面した1階の部屋なのにロールアップブラインドなのでブラインドを10センチ位しか上げることが出来ず昼夜問わず室内が薄暗いのは残念でした。

Nice hotel, close to main street
Easy self check in process. Great facilities. But Tv program is not enough. We can't watch any euro sport channel even j-sport channel also missing

最高のリラクゼーション
今回は3回目のAkazora滞在で金曜土曜と連泊しました。夜20時過ぎのチェックインにも対応していただき、お部屋も全て快適に整えられており最高でした。夜のチェックインなのでお部屋は暗いのかと思っていましたが、電気がついていてとても嬉しかったです。ホッとしました。

まるで自宅にいるようなくつろぎ感を味わいながらのリゾートライフ
部屋の広さや設備が程よい事、キッチンの装備も整っているのがとても気に入っています。窓も大きく明るい空間が開放感いっぱいでリラックスできます。近隣にコンビにもあり、ちょっとした買い物も出来るのでとても便利です。すっかりリピーターになりました！カップル・ご家族におすすめですね。
