“Hotel quite dated throughout, room was a good size and comfortable bed. Cleanliness not up to standard, hairs spotted in bathroom and on towels. Marks on duvet covet. Bathroom could do with a upgrade as looked quite worn. Breakfast was okay, although food was cold. For the price, not worth the stay. Hotel room was very hot and would have expected a fridge for the price. Overall would not recommend or stay again.”

“Situated next to A38 it is a very easy access hotel for a night if you are travelling to the Midlands. The room we had was spacious and comfy!”

“The room itself was clean, but not well maintained. No bedside light so a bit annoying. The bathroom was not clean as clean as it should have been, hair in the sink, and no plug. The shower nearly flooded as drainage wasn't that great. I didn't have breakfast or go to the bar. Considering it was the middle of a heatwave, no fans were provided.”

“We live this place, have been there lots but Patios and outside areas could have been a bit cleaner. Rooms are not very soundproof. We were on the ground floor this time and had people walking above us all night. On the plus side, Staff are very friendly and helpful and the food is delicious and reasonably priced.”
