「I had the beach efficiency with partial view of beach. It was VERY nice and clean. The decorations were nice and the view of the beach was amazing! There was plenty of patio furniture and the chairs, tables and umbrellas were very nice. Gas grills were in good condition too. I would love to return here in the future.」

「Very close to the beach and restaurants! Loved the pool and everything was within walking distance.」

「The view it's a 100/10 that's basically what you paid but the place it's old, dirty, and needs maintenance. The AC doesn't work properly, the thermostat showed 72 degrees but was hotter so it means that the machine froze. The TV remote does not have batteries. The shower curtain it's beyond dirty, it's disgusting. The bedroom doesn't have curtains so the sun will wake you up as soon as it rises. Now the view it's beautiful, the location it's perfect. They provide you with beach essentials like...

「Terrible experience. The place was extremely dirty and had many cockroaches. The bed sheets had clearly been used by previous guests and had not been changed. There were no clean sheets available to replace them. I felt completely ripped off. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I do not recommend it at all.」

「The location of the condo is 10 out of 10. The views and beach access cannot be beat. We enjoyed the space and appreciated the small but functional kitchen. We even found some beach supplies and an umbrella in the closet! This is a very great space and location. We will be back!」

「Beautiful place and view. Had a great time. Great restaurant choices close by. Would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with beautiful views. We will be back for sure.」

「the absolute best views and beyond better hosts」

「We had an absolutely amazing five-day stay at House of the Sun in Siesta Key! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The condo was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed and more for a relaxing vacation. The location couldn't have been better. Being just steps from the beautiful white sand beach made every day feel like paradise. We spent hours soaking up the sun, walking along the shoreline, and watching the breathtaking sunsets. The beach was peaceful, clean, and...

「This was an amazing place with amazing views! The grounds were very well maintained and very accessible. The private beach area was just breathtaking! I will be telling everyone about this place and I will definitely be back!!」

「Overall great stay!」

「I love this property! I could walk to IMG. The beach is 20-30 mins and they are pristine… the owner is easy to get ahold of. The room had everything we needed and more. I’ve never seen such a big walk in closet in a VRBO. My wife loved that: plenty of hot water - walk in shower was relaxing. I meditate in the mornings and just to do that overlooking the pond on comfy chairs - great. Thank God for a screened in patio so no bugs. I could just watch early wildlife in the morning - crazy...

「Super convenient to the Beach Perfect couple spot I will say this, acoustic privacy is minimal. When we arrived my GF need to use the bathroom, I heard a mans voice and it sounded like he was in the bathroom with her. It was the adjoining unit. There's a connected door. All the conversations from over there fell like they were in our unit Steve C」
