“This property is beautiful and the staff is amazing. Upon checking in we had the pleasure of meeting Primitivo, one of the staff members, who was always going above and beyond. The staff was not only great to us, but my six-month Pomeranian was greated with his own bed and bowl. The Tropicana Restaurant is definitely a must, especially if Roberto is at the bar. He was kind and definitely knew hes stuff. We also did a tasting with the manager Christopher on the first night. What a great……

“The check in was very good. The receptionist was so helpful and friendly. The room was more than adequate for our two night stay. It was clean, the air con worked well and the amenities were good. Pool was clean and the sun beds comfy. Check out was also handled in a friendly, efficient way. Would definitely recommend. ”

“Amazing property. Serene and beautiful. Rooms are huge and quality style.”

“Alex helped my wife and me during our stay. He was very kind and truly tried to provide the best service, which made us feel well taken care of. The hotel has a lot of positives. It’s located right in the heart of downtown, so we could easily walk to great restaurants and shopping spots. Also, the room was clean and stylish. The only downside was the noise at night. There’s a club nearby, so it can get a bit loud after midnight. But the hotel provides earplugs, which helped us sleep better.”
