Die Unterkunft ist dreckig und muss mit einem Dauermieter geteilt werden. Haben uns kurzfristig einen andere Unterkunft gesucht. Nicht weiter zu empfehlen

Canceled on us the day we arrived!

Booked months in advance! Was super excited because this was our first vacation ever and first time to London. Got the confirmation thought everything was great, we were so wrong! We traveled from the Washington State USA to London excited and ready to explore. Landed on the tarmac, and the nightmare began, there was an email canceling our reservation less than 10 hours before check in, because they cross booked the property! We were left with out housing accommodations and all of the amenities that we banking on. Ended up working with vrbo support staff and found emergency hotel room for the night. This started at 6am and we found the hotel around 5pm. Had to deal with so much stress to find a new place for substantially more money because it was last minute. Also missed and couldn't rebook or be refunded for several attractions because of it. Because a roof over our head in a foreign county took precedent. So missing two full days of attractions really added to the unwelcome and stressed out feeling. This vrbo is not worth the gamble and you can't depend on it actually being available when you booked it for. I don't know what we would have done if we had kids with us! Just not worth the risk!
