I stayed here for business and had one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. A bright flashing light from the building next door shone directly into the room all night, even through the curtains, making it impossible to sleep. The fan in the room was also extremely loud. On top of that, my room was changed at the last minute without notice, and the instructions told us to go to the first floor, only for us to discover that Room was actually on the ground floor. We arrived with large suitcases, which made this even more frustrating. The room also had no iron or ironing board, which caused huge inconvenience for a business trip. I reported all of these issues right away, but the hotel did nothing to help and refused to offer any refund or alternative. Their response was simply that the light came from another building, as if that excused the fact that the room was unfit for rest. I booked a “quiet room” expecting a basic level of comfort, but instead had sleepless nights and poor service. I would strongly advise others to avoid this property — especially if you need proper rest or reliable facilities during your stay.
