“The view was amazing ! Accomodations simple and clean ,very minimum. I would make a few suggestions; Stir sticks for coffee Washcloths A few rugs Thin waffle bathrobes Wanted to use the pool only disappointing issue I cannot wait to visit again in as we visit CA regularly. ”

“Beautiful Beach House! We loved the uniqueness and history of the home. So clean and within walking distance to the beach. We also enjoyed using the paddle boards and bikes available for use by the host. Perfect for our family of six!”

“The host was very kind and helpful. Always quick to respond. We enjoyed the beauty and uniqueness of the home. The view was stunning! It was fully stocked for all our needs to prepare Christmas dinner. We enjoyed my daughter playing the grand piano on Christmas Eve as well. I highly recommend this home for a family vacation! 5 stars for sure.”

“Everything was nice and clean when we arrived and the space was beautiful! a little confused about one of the bedroom doors having cutouts on the top and bottom, but it was a lovely home! ”

“The host was responsive and kind. Their heating and cooling system were not comfortable to stay. Heating was coming from a unit downstairs so it was hard to warm up the rooms upstairs. We had to leave the doors open to get some warmth. Window AC units were very old and loud. They took a long time to cool down the rooms.”

“I cannot say enough great things about this place. If you are looking for a comfortable, functional, with best views ever Malibu experience at a more than fair price this is the place. I cannot speak of beach access due to the weather but, we absolutely loved this place. You can get comfortable and actually live like you would at home. Super fast internet which was great and for us this place had everything we wanted. The views from both balconies are spectacular. Daniel is a great host, easy……

“Location is spot on. You can not get any closer to the beach. Shopping and restaurants a small walk away. The house was very clean. Bedrooms are a perfect size. The 2 bathrooms are a necessity and worked out great for 7 adults. The coffee bar is a cute addition. Parking is adequate. Two small SUV's fit on the driveway and street parking is not a problem. The patio is quaint with sun loungers. With the beautiful Calif sun, this is a 10 out of 10.”

“Overall ok. Missing a few of the amenities mentioned in ad. Distances to "things to do" were far off of the published distances. We used rooftop patio a lot (shutters to open were not working though) as weather was perfect. Nice to have a secure garage to park our vehicle in vs using the street. Living room and kitchen area nice. Kitchen well supplied with cookware/utensils.”

“The host was very nice. Thet even provided coffee and creamer. That was appreciated. The place was accomodating, the beds we very comfortable, felt safe and secure. Was centrally located between sofi stadium, LAX, and Universal Studios.We would rent this place again.”
