「The house was nicely updated. Plenty of space. Beds were comfy. Four porches to enjoy the views. Pool was small but the kids loved it. Didnt see any other villa with this amenity. There was a lot of boat traffic in and out of the marina. Could be annoying if you dont enjoy the music they might be playing. The bridge from Rt 1 is also able to be heard if outside but other than that it was pretty peaceful. 」

「This property is exactly as described except it is more private and tranquil than you can ever imagine. Very comfortable for the 6 of us all adults. The location is ideal for boaters, the marina fee for the day was only 50. The home has spectacular views and ocean access is immediate. AC is nice and cold which is hard to find in the Keys. We boated to a nearby reef to snorkel with literally thousands of fish, the water that day was crystal clear. This will be our go to home for future stays. As...

The house was very well equipped with all of our needs.The upstairs toilets both had some issues with running until we jiggled the handles. Also the hand towel holder needs to be repaired, as it was broken upon arrival. Also a rocking chair on the back porch broke while my husband was sitting in it, but he fixed it with some tools he found in the closet. The kitchen, living room seating, and all bedrooms...

「This place was clean, quiet, safe, & family friendly. The locals were kind and welcoming. I would totally recommend this property to anybody wanting to visit the Keys! Also, it is centrally located so it is real easy to do a day trip/afternoon excursion in either direction.」

Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom which is ideal in a vacation rental. I would recommend and we will most likely try to book again next year. 」

「We had a wonderful time! The property is very private, and having the dock was one of the highlights as was the view from the porch. We saw nurse sharks, baby jellyfish and the most gorgeous sunsets we’ve ever seen. We’d love to go back with friends.One caveat is that the air conditioning would only go down to 71F. There was a limitation programmed in that our host said couldn’t be changed. We typically sleep at 67 at home so this was a bit too warm for us for sleeping. I wish this had been...

「Great location for boating and sightseeing. Right next to fuel dock and ramp and trailer storage(about a minute away and open 7-5 everyday)on the water... Key colony beach marina. Very short idle to open ocean and close to vaca cut(gulf access)Several cool restaurants very close by water. Great amenities! Pool, hot tub, ice machine, deep freezer, dock with fish cleaning tables, bicycles, paddleboards, kayaks, even stocked k cups and keurig! Owners very friendly responsive and understanding!...
