「Sehr ruhig gelegen und gepflegte Anlage. Sauberes Ferienhäuschen. Sehr viel Privatsphäre. Jeden Morgen werden frische Brötchen an die Türe geliefert. Alles was fürs Frühstück gebraucht wird, hat man im Zimmer oder im Kühlschrank. Bei Bedarf wird es aufgefüllt oder auf Wunsch ergänzt. Für uns war es der ideale Ausgangspunkt für unsere täglichen Touren. Der wunderschöne Ponta do Pargo Leuchtturm ist nur 8 Minuten entfernt. Sehr empfehlenswert. 」

「Das Haus lässt von der Ausstattung keine Wünsche offen. Alles ist absolut sauber und sehr gepflegt. Die Anfahrt zum Haus, das letzte am sehr steilen Berg, ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Man sollte beachten, dass durch die Höhenlage und damit verbundene häufigere Nebelbildung die Temperaturen immer etwas geringer sind, als auf Meereshöhe am Sporthafen und Strand von Calheta. Wer mit dem Auto die Insel entdecken will, hat hier den idealen Ort für einen hervorragenden Ferienaufenthalt.」

「Traumhaft der Blick von der Terrasse und eine schöne Wohnung. Das beste ist jedoch der Vermieter. Ungeheuer charmant und hilfsbereit ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Zur Begrüßung gab es frisches Obst, einen leckeren Wein und Eier überreicht und auch zwischendurch immer wieder einen liebenswerten Kontakt.
