「Definitely a decent stay. The location was perfect: just 4 mins walk to the metro, and many restaurants in the neighborhood. Room was clean and cozy. The check-in/ chech-out was smooth and the staff was friendly and helpful. 」

「sewage nearly blocked . The smell flows all over the room. The aroma it used at main reception hall flows to restaurant. I am eating the aroma/smell rather than eating the food.」

「noisy rooms... can still vividly hear people's laughter at middle of night. the drainage of water in bath tub is bad... big fly in the room... ineffective and nonfunctioning air conditioner in room... very cold room.. finally I asked for a change of another room. 」

「The hotel is perfectly located. It is just 8 - 10 mins away from the Oxford Street, Baker Street tube station or the Bond Street tube station. Staff members at the Concierge are all friendly and helpful. One thing that was needed to be improved is the shower. I stayed in a one-person room on the 3rd floor and the shower was extremely weak. Only half of the holes of the shower were releasing water weakly. It was made worse as it is an fixed, overhead shower. 」

Rummelig ældre lejlighed, beliggende på crawford place 1-3, lejligheden var en ikke særlig rent, især køkkenet og ovn, var beskidte. gaderne omkring er fyldt med vandpibecafer og en hel del larm, må påregnes, men et stort plus er at den ligger i gå afstand fra oxford Street. 😉」
