"The air condition seems to be Centrally controlled. So some night were pretty hot. Staff never helped with anything not even asked if help is needed with luggage. Front desk there was only 1 person which caused people to wait. "

"Hotel was great, location, general atmosphere was excellent. Every request we made was dealt with promptly. The room could do with a little updating, some tiny maintenance would be good, just some slight rusting on some bathroom features etc. Overall would stay again, it’s great ! "

"We booked this same day. Was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room, as it was larger than expected. The toilet was not flushing very well, called the front desk and someone came up immediately to fix it and it was fine. Appreciated double beds and the location was good. Check in and check out was really easy but when we left the lobby was packed so its a popular location. Good value for the money and would stay here again. "
