“We had a wonderful stay! The location was great, the place was very clean, and my family had such a nice time.The only downside for us was the check-in and check-out timing. Check-out is at 10:00 AM, which felt a little early, while check-in isn’t until 4:00 PM. There is also an additional charge for an earlier check-in or later check-out, which would have been nice to have a little more flexibility with.Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and had a great experience overall. “We stayed at the condo for over 8 weeks in the winter. It is located in a forest so it's very quiet and peaceful. The unit was clean with a well appointed kitchen. There was an initial supply of the essentials upon check in and the kitchen has a good supply of cooking utensils. Beds were comfortable and towels were plush. It is a very quiet building and the neighbors are friendly. It is very hilly so you need to be able to be somewhat fit if you want to go for a walk in the neighborhood or……

“I had a nice time, and it is a wonderful place to launch for walks on the coast, but it is pricey place and there are some corrections to the listing to keep in mind for those looking for a beach house experience. The hot tub is in a common location and it was drained for the entire month. The sound of the waves is amazing, but the views are limited: the ocean view is one narrow window in the living room that isn't easily enjoyed from the layout of the apartment. “The condo was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our month long stay. We ventured out every morning to enjoy the ocean, trees, parks, history etc. Every afternoon we relaxed in the apartment. Be prepared to climb steps if they don’t fix the elevator. It was good exercise for us, but some might find it tiring, especially caring groceries. We had a great vacation in Monterey. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your condominium.”

“This review describes an ADA unit in hopes to help someone that needs it to make an informed decision.The master bedroom has a queen size bed instead of a king to allow space for a wheelchair to pass. The masterbath has a tub with a bench on one end and there are handrails everywhere. The sink does not have bottom cabinets to allow full access with a wheelchair.The second bathroom also has plenty of handrails and a roll in shower.
