Spa is not actually a spa, staff in general ignorant and neither steam room nor sauna was ready for guests to enjoy. Shouldn’t be there as the rest of the property and staff was brilliant!

Hyatt Carmel Highlands
We eat at the restaurant right before closing. They got us in swiftly. The food was just okay but expensive for what you got. I guess u pay for the location. The room was nice and clean.
