「It’s not a fancy but very practical apartment. We traveled with adult kids so each had a separate space to sleep and having two full baths was very convenient. Location is great as one is within 2-3 km of major attractions. Louvre is at walking distance. Marco was very attentive to our needs and requests.」

「This apartment is quiet and local, it's very close to the Metro and works perfectly as an escape from the bustle, and as a base to see Paris. We stayed with our family (2 adults, a 16 year old, a 9 year old) and were very comfortable. There's stairs plus a loft bed accessable via a ladder, so it's not for people who have difficulty with access. Overall it's fabulous. We would stay again without hesitation.」

「We loved our stay at the apartment. There were 7 of us, 5 adults and 2 kids under 5. It was a good size for a Parisian apartment, 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms, so easy for us to all have space the sleep and get ready. We didn’t use the kitchen much because the location was ideal for walking to restaurants in the area and it was only a two block walk to Saint Lazare train station, the opera house and Galeries Lafayette. Very clean and beautiful layout. Would stay here again.」

「Gorgeous and spacious sanctuary in the heart of the Marais. Shopping and restaurants right outside the door, but a fully equipped kitchen if you want a night in. Two full baths also a huge plus! Wish we could have stayed longer! Would give ten stars if I could!」

「The apartment was perfect. It has everything including charm. We enjoyed the thoughtful details like the N’espresso machine, the throw blankets and the rain shower. Even though we were 4 people including two teens, we had plenty of space. FYI, air drying on the enormous fold away rack provided works better than the machine dryer. We could easily walk to the Louvre, Musee D’Orsey, the Eiffel Tower, numerous parks. Half the time, we loved just walking the streets of Paris. Every meal was delicious...

「This location allowed quick access to Metro stations. There were many restaurants, bars, and grocery stores close to the apartment. Sebastopol is a busy street but the windows keep out most of the noise」

「Wonderful place right in the heart of things. Spacious and all the necessities. The pics on the listing need updating: there is now a hallway between the bedrooms, and you don't have to traverse thru one to get to the other. The washer/dryer sure was nice to have. We were 2 couples, and note that it's not that private when it comes to bathrooms that have two thin windows in between them. All-in-all a terrific place with historic bones and a killer view.」

「We went to Paris for three nights and we really appreciated the location of the appartment. You don't have to walk a lot to find a restaurant, a subway entrance, shops, interesting spots... We enjoyed our stay and slept well. It was a good experience.」

「Clean, big apartment. Check in could have been more clear. There are multiple buildings, we had to reach out to get the correct apartment and building number. The key is difficult until you learn how to use it. The view of the tower is amazing!!! The beds are on the firm side for an American, but not rock hard. Beds are subjective and I like a softer memory foam mattress. These are spring. Kitchen is well stocked. Plenty of guide books and little extras. Good security. Nice access to the metro...

「Space is nice and clean but the walls are thin and the neighbors are very loud, especially in one of the back rooms where a woman seems to yell to herself for hours starting after 1am. But the location is ideal, including great restaurants and shops within walking distance, as well as easy access to public transportation. We did enjoy Paris and the rental surrounding. Regarding the noises we couldn’t control after midnights daily, some of us moved to sleep in the living room.」

「Die Lage des Appartements ist ziemlich unschlagbar. Was wichtig wäre: ein Hinweis auf die wirklich steile und enge Treppe nach unten ins Schlafzimmer. Die Kommunikation war umständlich und nervig, alles wurde mehrmals auf verschiedenen Wegen kommuniziert und sollte mehrfach zeitnah bestätigt werden. Aber wie gesagt: Lage, Lage, Lage. 」

「When checked in at this hotel, fist of all, we found the toilette was broken and we had to make at least three phone calls to the front and wait for more than 30 minutes until they sent someone to fix the problem. Also, the next day morning, we just found the rubbish of previous customers was not thrown away!!! How disgusting!! This was probably the worst experience I have ever had in my life so far. And the most regrettable part for this is Expedia was not reliable at all, even their Gold...
