"Room was clean, but had v strong tobacco smell which I am not used to, in hotel. Breakfast was included for added convenient, food was v good too. I like it and will choose this hotel when I visit Hakodate next trip. "

"Rooms were clean and great layout with everything you needed. There are usb points on the desk for charging, they even had a large mirror at the desk which helped with putting on my skincare. Bathroom had suitable storage. Staff were friendly, helpful and professional no language issues. Breakfast was amazing, make your own chirashi and salad bowls. Had soups, warm food and the cold drinks dispenser had 5 or so choices. Only downside is that the smoking room is near the lobby so a lot of the smell comes through to the lobby area. Had to take shelter from the rain and wind before checkin, was left with a headache from the smell. It must get bad for the staff, pity the fumes don't go towards the carpark. The hotel is just to the left of exiting the train station. Would definitely stay again."
