“Solo woman traveler here. Felt very safe. Loved the convenience and options of breakfast every morning. The garden is lovely and wished I had spent more time there. The room was nothing fancy, but my time there was great. Thankfully nobody was staying next door to my room because the last night I was there I could hear furniture moving, loud conversations bc the walls were paper thin. Thankfully I had ear plugs. Beds are not very comfortable but w all the walking, had no trouble sleeping.……

“入住時門鎖壞掉（電子），當晚無法鎖門，管理員說要隔天等打掃人員來修（整晚沒鎖門），沒有wi-fi,告訴管理員，也是回應說他不知道為什麼不能連線，搞了2天，請管理員借隔壁房的密碼給我才有Wi-Fi,在國外，尤其義大利人超級沒耐心，服務態度也不佳，下次旅行不會再訂這種沒有櫃枱及服務人員的飯店 ”

“Excellent séjour d’une demeure de charme. Proximité de la gare pratique pour partir à la découverte de Florence. L’hôtel est à 5 minutes à pied du centre, ce qui est très pratique. Nous avons apprécié le vaste parking fermé. ”
