"Me and my friend stayed here for the weekend. The staff was insanely kind and helpful! It rained while we were in New Orleans and our room did start leaking from the ceiling. We used towels and were offered a new room. That would be the only reason I wouldn't get it 5 stars. The hotel can not control the weather but I would say they can update the rooms to not leak. Thanks! Would stay again! "

"I stayed for 3 nights. The experience was good. The coffee maker was not working. But coffee was available in the lobby so did not make a difference. For some reason, the breakfast on the 3rd day was not as good. But the front desk people Ms.Ricknie and Michelle the older women were very nice, helpful, and friendly. At the valet Mr. Darnen was, really nice. Would definitely stay there again and recommend this property"

"The staff here are so kind and helpful. They were able to accommodate any request that I had. Upon arrival, the toilet in our room would not flush and needed to be filled with water in the tank. But after a day it fixed itself. The only thing I hated was that the walls were kind of thin and can hear others sometimes. But this hotel is in a great location near bourbon st and the french quarter and got us around to everywhere we wanted to go and see just by walking. Will visit again!"
