Welcome! This unit is in a luxury boutique condominium with extensive amenities including a 4,200-square-foot common landscaped roof deck, spacious residents' lounge, and 24-hour fitness centre. Situated in Midtown within walking distance of Central Park, the Theater District, Columbus Circle and Times Square, the location is at the centre of it all! The unit is conveniently located near major subway lines (A/C/E, B/D, 1, N/Q/R) and Citi bikes stations. It is modern, clean, safe, and luxurious.
The space
The large, private unit is ~700-square-feet with an abundance of natural light which creates a clean, modern look, featuring dark-oak flooring and climate control system. This Airbnb is perfect for corporate housing, weekend get away, or personal stay!
