Summary:
Enchanting Iris is a 4 BD / 2.5 BA Southern California beach house to spend your summer in the sun! Less than a mile from the beach, this family-friendly home is centrally located near everything you need.

The Space:
The Newport Center is 1.5 miles away where you can dine and shop. There are several golf courses nearby and the Balboa pier is a great place to spend the day at the Fun Zone. Don't worry about driving your eco-friendly car and scrambling for a charger - this home comes with a garage parking spot with EV plug ins for your electric vehicles!

The living room is furnished with a large comfortable leather sectional, gathered around a Smart TV (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc.). Steps away, you'll find the fully equipped kitchen to make you feel right at home. The kitchen is equipped with a drip coffee maker, toaster oven, blender, and more. Enjoy homemade meals and gather around the dining table for 10 to exchange stories about your day.

All 4 bedrooms can be found upstairs. The main bedroom holds a King bed, Smart TV, and en suite bathroom. The 2nd and 3rd bedroom both have Queen beds and a TV. The last bedroom has a Twin bunk bed, great for the kids! A washer/dryer available for your use as well.

NOTE:
- Primary renter must be 25 or older and present at the property throughout the reservation
- This is a back unit of a duplex, with a shared garage with the front unit.
- This home has a workstation for guest use (include desk, chair).
- Since the garage parking is shared with the other unit, large vehicles must park on the street. Smaller vehicles only for the 1 garage parking spot per unit.
- Guests CANNOT park vehicles in front of the garage. Failure to do so may result in car being towed at guest's expense and/or a penalty fine can be passed onto the guest.
- Please note that this home can accommodate up to 2 Dogs, with an additional Pet Fee of $250. This fee is not included in your final booking price. If you are bringing Dogs, please contact our Customer Care Team after booking to pay the pet fee.

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested. Overall this place was wonderful and as described. The location was very convenient, and the house was clean and comfortable. The check in and check out instructions were clear and the hosts were very responsive. The only suggestion would be to add a few more "staples" such as cooking oil and spices to the cabinets, and perhaps some beach chairs or towels. Also, because it is a bottom level of a duplex and close to the homes on either side, there is not a lot of natural light. Otherwise we had a great stay!

Property is run down and in need of repair. The oven door would not close and made it impossible to cook. When contact property management they didn't care to fix any of the issues. This property has the potential of being so much better with a little of help. Would not recommend until issues are resolved.

Close to the park. Nicely appointed 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bath home with a great kitchen, bit dining table, roomy living room, and ev charging. 4 nice bedrooms including one with bunk beds. Management is very responsive to every detail. As a frequent CDM visitor, I’m putting this house at the top of my list for more family stays.

This property popped up at the last moment and was so glad it did! Location is perfect, walking distance to great restaurants, coffee shop, Fashion Island...close to the airport...near the beach, of course! Host called most days to check in on me - very nice! They also had chocolate, beer and wine waiting for my arrival....complimentary and very nice! The kitchen is equipped with most everything, lots of fresh towels, and plenty of closet space. Garage was excellent as parking can be difficult in this neighborhood. Only issue I had was a couple parties during my stay...those were happening in the attached unit, which faces the front side of the street. It was fine for me as I was alone, but if you have children or family taking up every bedroom, may be tough. I could hear quite a bit through the walls. Otherwise awesome location! Thank you!
