We loved our location of our beach stay! Right on the boardwalk, easy walking to stores, beach, etc. Very nice property. Management is fantastic, super helpful! Thank you very much for the fantastic beach vacation!

Great for families

Great location and really in the center of Newport Beach. This is not the sleepy beach house but located with easy access to the beach, the restaurants and the pier. Great for families

Needed Maintenance was Handled Very Quickly

The dishwasher didn't work and kept shutting off. After calling the property management company, a technician arrived very, very quickly. We learned the floor drain was clogged, but the issue was resolved within an hour. The property management company was always very accessible and handled our issues to our satisfaction.
