ATTENTION: Because the upstairs/back unit is not connected internally to the downstairs unit, parental supervision of children and any guests under 25 is mandatory at all times in both upper and lower units - especially overnight. Neither unit is permitted to operate as a "kids' room" and must have overnight parental supervision.
ALSO INCLUDED: - Wifi - heating - 8 low-profile beach chairs; hair dryer; iron/ironing board - starter supplies: liquid hand soap; dish soap; dishwasher caps; sponge; kitchen trash bags; 4 rolls toilet paper per unit; 1 paper towel roll per unit. - 1 Full-size fold out couch is on-site (in the back/upper unit) to allow additional sleeping accommodations for up to 10 ppl.

LAUNDRY: Free laundry facilities located on-site. Guests must provide their own laundry supplies.
LINENS: All bed/bath/kitchen/beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided as part of the cleaning/linen fee.
PARKING: - 1-2 spaces in the carport (small to mid-size vehicles recommended), and 1 space in the garage (small vehicles only). NO PARKING BEHIND THE GARAGE. - General free street parking in the area can also be utilized provided all on-site parking is being used.
LOCATION: Just steps from the area's best beachfront, there is great surfing and lots of sea life on the nearby jetties. An easy stroll or bike ride to restaurants and shopping with fishing, boating and bike rental also within walking distance. Tennis, racquet ball and basketball courts nearby; 3 parks within walking distance. Easy day excursions to Disneyland/California Adventures, Knott's Berry Farm, Universal Studios, and more! World class shopping at Lido Marina Village, Fashion Island, and South Coast Plaza only 10-15 minutes away! NOTE: This home is conveniently located along the peninsula's main boulevard. As a result, ambient traffic noise may be heard.
RECREATIONAL GEAR: Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: large ice chests, wagons, Pack n Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, and much more! Contact us for more information.
CITY TAX: A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals, (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.
SECURITY EQUIPMENT: This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces, and/or entrances to the property, as well as noise monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect the property, guests, and ensuring compliance with local ordinances.
