Amazing absolutely beautiful

This was the nicest place I’ve ever stayed! So unique with all the paintings on the walls. Just Gorgeous it was like a honeymoon retreat upstairs and downstairs for the rest of the family.

Incredible property and location.

Incredible property and location. The view was stunning and it was walking distance to restaurants, stores, etc. in Newport as well as Balboa. Being between the two was nice and made it a little quieter in the evenings. The home itself was beautiful and very comfortable. I wouldn't hesitate staying here again.

Beach time

Two levels made it awesome to enjoy walking right out onto the beach and the upper-level view and balcony to see it all from a more private vantage. Great kitchen for family-style eating and socializing. We had a blast!

We loved the property where we stayed. Check in was easy and the Realty team were crazy fast responsive to any questions we had. Yu can't beat the location, the view and the house was amazing. I could see us doing this every year here.

Everything about this trip was amazing.. From the views in the morning to the relaxing wave sounds at night.. Everything is right in walking distance, the host was more than responsive and helpful.. There wasn't much i needed because everything was already set and in order.. I would definitely come back and stay again

The location was absolutely perfect!

The location was absolutely perfect! There was enough parking for both of our giant vehicles, which for that location is not always the case. They were responsive any time we needed anything and suggested a few local things as well. The space was perfect and homey and close to the park for the kids when they wanted a little extra play. We will 1000% be looking to stay here again and just might make it a tradition! Thank you guys sooo much!!

Really nice thanksgiving weekend

Perfect location. Really nice property. Only 1 minor complaint: the downstairs bedroom shares a wall with the neighbors TV. Was tricky getting kids to bed in there. But plenty of other space around the house, so wasn’t a big problem. 10/10 would stay again.

Cleanliness

The walls have wallpaper that is falling off with snot smeared on them. There was also ants, and spiders all over the home. My wife and I had to walk around the entire property and kill spiders and ants. Overall, I will never stay at the same property or return to a beachview realty property.

OK Home in Newport Beach

I stayed here with my family for a few days in late March/ early April 2024. The house has a great location on the sand and about a 10 minute walk to the Pier where there are lots of restaurants, bars, and shopping. So location is great! The house itself is pretty dated and definitely could use some work. It rained a lot while we were there and water was coming in underneath the front door of the house. The fireplaces in the house don't work, the door handles to access the upstairs deck/patio are rusted/corroded and difficult to open, my kids (ages 8 and 11) couldn't open the doors. The house is advertised as having a washer and dryer, which is misleading. You have access to these, but they are in a separate garage where you have to walk outside of the home and down the alley to the garage and the washer and dryer are shared with the tenant in one of the other units located behind the house. Overall I'd say this house is very average, I wouldn't stay here again.

Great location but

Upon entering the location there were two dead cockroaches inside the house and one live one inside the downstairs bedroom, The shower downstairs was leaking. Also, it says it sleeps 8 but really 6. One pull out coach, one queen bed and one Jo g bed. Not really for eight especially if you have older kids.

A great location

It a great location that did not disappoint. The house was mostly clean, but there were maintenance issues. Some windows did not work at all. Some electric plugs did not work at all. Had to wash all the dishes because they were not clean. Some things were extremely rusty. Still had a great time.

Summer Stay

The house is in a great location, away from hustle of pier traffic but close enough to get there with an easy walk or bike ride. Love the layout with 2 living spaces, one upstairs and one downstairs. Nice kitchen but would suggest upgrading cooking equipment for people that do cook when renting. Outside of that I give this place a 5 star rating. Rental company is great to work with and they provide excellent customer service. We will be back!

Overall the location is amazing. The unit is a bit outdated and nothing extra works. Fireplaces didn’t work, heated floor in bathroom didn’t work, half the lighting in the upstairs bedroom didn’t work. It needs some updating but the location is worth it. You are in the middle of everything with easy walks to restaurants and entertainment.

The property is well located, the view is gorgeous and the beach is great too. The bottom floor has a fair amount of foot traffic passing by, but the top floor is peaceful. Really enjoyed our stay here.

The property is clean and location is excellent. You wake up to sounds of the ocean on the second floor. The property is in great condition and clean. Only request would be to include a few basic condiments like salt and pepper.
